About the Dinner
Starfish encourages people around the world to host a dinner of their own called the Dinner of Hope in aid of the Starfish Greathearts Foundation. Each year, Dinners of Hope continues to grow as more and more people all over the world sit down to dinner in the name of Starfish and spread the story.
The 2005 campaign encouraged more than 15,000 people in 13 countries to cook dinner for friends and raised almost a million Rand - enabling Starfish to provide educational, nutritional and primary caregiver support to 2,750 children.
As an official host of a Starfish Dinner of Hope, we will ensure that ALL proceeds go to the Starfish foundation.
